Can I make a return? TOP

Yes. Ribbies will accept returns or exchanges for damaged items only and will refund the entire amount of the purchase, including shipping, if postmarked within 5 days of receipt of shipment. A copy of the invoice that accompanied the order must be included with returns or exchanges. Please allow 14 days to credit your credit card or to receive any exchanged items.

Do you stock your products? TOP

Yes. Most Ribbies products are stocked and ready to ship.

What method of shipping do you use? TOP

All products will be mailed USPS ground unless otherwise noted. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Can we request a handwritten note be included in a gift? TOP

Yes, we will be happy to include a hand written note in a gift. Please email us at orders@ribbiesclippies.com as soon as the order has been placed. Some shipments go out right away, so it is important to email us asap.

Can we request faster shipping? TOP

What form of payment do you accept? TOP

Ribbies uses PayPal® to process credit and debit cards. All major credit cards are accepted. You do NOT need to set up a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.

Do I need to set up a PayPal account to pay through PayPal? TOP

No.

Why is the bottom prong of the hair clip not fully covered with ribbon? TOP

After designing several prototypes we discovered the clips secure much better to the hair this way. We also had a request from several moms to make it this way because they use the prong to part the hair before putting the clip in.
